- Snack: Sliced Green Apple w/Almond Butter & Cinnamon
- Dinner: Bean Burrito Bowl
- Treat: Spiced Pear w/Apple Crumble
Sounds more like a spa vacation than a deprivation diet, doesn’t it? Notice you can eat up to 5 times daily, if your body is asking for more but you don’t have to in order to drop weight even faster.
That’s no accident. The great thing is, you can swap meals in any given day! I am giving you over 36 recipes to choose from and you get to use them forever!
I’m a Chef and a Southern foodie, so when putting this program together, it was important to me that the meals were not just HEALTHY, but also DELICIOUS tasting, NOURISHING for your body and SATISFYING to your taste buds. I don’t prepare any dishes that don’t taste as good as they look. Because you eat with your eyes first, right? Then your eyes send signals to the brain to turn on your taste buds awaiting great flavors arriving soon to your lips.
These recipes were all created by me and another real foods chef. They not only taste great, but they’re easy to make and will dramatically boost your energy! and the magic bonus? These dishes have all the nutrients to start cleansing your body to get things moving again. Flush out the bad stuff and use the good stuff to cleanse your organs.
